Journal Your Thoughts
What attributes of God’s character of love do you see in today’s reading?
He is the doctor who created us and knows what sin has done to us and desires our healing. He grants forgiveness through the symbols of the bread and the wine. He already envisions us saved and with Him in the future in heaven. He calls His betrayer friend, is gracious with His sleepy dicsiples and heals His enemy.
Where do you see the theme of Jesus and Him Crucified in today’s reading?
Jesus predicts His death and resurrection.
What is the Holy Spirit saying to you through today’s reading?
Do not place trust in yourself, but in Me. Pray lest you fall into temptation, because your flesh is weak.
What verse(s) are speaking to you today? Meditate & Memorize.
"Watch and pray lest you fall into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak." Matthew 26:41
